I’m Alex! I’m a RYT-200 Yoga Instructor, IIN Health Coach, Marketing Lead for Social Platform for Student Athletes, and a Wellness Author. I’m using this space to share how we can use compassion, self-awareness, self-acceptance, and intentional “krama” or baby steps to move towards our best life. My health coach business and blog is unique in that it’s not about me and preaching what I believe but it’s about you and your individuality and I aim to make health and wellness accessible to everyone in a way that makes sense for them. My hope is for clients to accept themselves as they come but to leave transformed in some way, shape, or form, no matter how small the step.
